Gagan Dhillon is an accomplished healthcare professional with a strong educational background and extensive healthcare management experience. She holds a Degree in Nursing from College of Nursing, Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana (2003-2007), and an MBA in Healthcare from IHMR, Jaipur (a pioneer institute in health management and research), which has equipped her with a solid foundation in both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. She also completed her Diploma in Immigration and Canadian Law in 2020 from Ashton College, Vancouver, Canada.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare recruiting and management, both in India and Canada, she has worked hard to make this dream team for OSN Hub. She has worked as Project Officer, Medical Education with Government of Gujarat under NRHM, Recruiter for various medical clinics based in British Columbia and a third-party contractor as Business Analyst.
Gagan Dhillon is passionate about empowering IENs and helping them achieve their career dreams. Her vision is to provide a streamlined experience for internationally educated nursing professionals, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance throughout their journey. One Stop Nursing Hub aims to be a one-stop destination for nurses, catering to their educational, employment, and immigration needs.
Dr. Lakhwinder Sidhu,
Executive Director
Dr. Lakhwinder Sidhu is highly experienced and respected health professional and will be heading One Stop Nursing Hub's India Team. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, he has held various senior-level positions both within India and internationally in the field of Public Health. Dr. Sidhu has played pivotal roles in India and Afghanistan, collaborating with NGOs and the World Health Organization.
Dr. Sidhu's educational background is rooted in Human Sciences and Public Health. He holds degrees from renowned institutions namely Oxford University, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Johns Hopkins University. His extensive academic training and expertise have enabled him to excel in teaching and conducting research in health systems management.
Under Dr. Sidhu's guidance, OSNHub's India Team will thrive and contribute significantly to the mission of fulfilling dreams of nurses who want to work in Canada, USA, or Australia.
Mandeep Dhaliwal,
BSN, RN Lead Tutor
Mandeep Dhaliwal is on board with us as NCLEX Tutor. She holds a Nursing Degree from the College of Nursing, Christian Medical College & Hospital in Ludhiana, Punjab, India (2006-2010). With a solid foundation from this prestigious institution, she embarked on a successful nursing career. She pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from Niagara College, Canada (2012).
As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Mandeep has gained experience in urgent cardiac care centers, long-term care homes, home care, and community transition units. Transitioning to a Registered Nurse (RN) role, she has provided care in medicine and surgery settings, taken on a charge nurse role in long-term care, and made significant contributions in the field of mental health at London Health Sciences & Centre, where she currently works.
Mandeep's dedication extends beyond her clinical responsibilities. She also shares her expertise by engaging in teaching/tutoring internationally educated nurses; Ensuring they are well-prepared for the NCLEX and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success helping aspiring nurses prepare for their licensure examinations.
Amrinder Mangat,
BC, NGN-RN Tutor
Amrinder Mangat is another tutor on board with us. She is a highly qualified and passionate healthcare professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the field of cardiology. Hailing from Ludhiana, India, Amrinder began her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from College of Nursing, Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana (2003-2007). She then pursued further studies in the United States, achieving a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.
Amrinder is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois, showcasing her commitment to providing exceptional care to her patients. With a specialization in cardiology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our consultancy. She holds a professional certification designation that indicates the individual's advanced training and competence as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Lt. Col. Jasbir Singh Bhatti,
RCIC
Lt. Col Jasbir Singh Bhatti is RCIC on board with OSN Hub. He embarked on an educational journey that included obtaining a B.Sc. B.Tech. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, as well as an MBA. During his tenure in the Indian Armed Forces, Lt. Col. Bhatti served his country with honor and distinction for over 20 years.
After a successful military career, Colonel Jasbir Singh Bhatti made the decision to take an early retirement and immigrated to Canada in pursuit of new opportunities for himself and his family. Since 2010, Lt. Col Jasbir Singh Bhatti has been a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (RCIC), demonstrating his commitment to upholding professional standards and providing quality immigration services.
Currently based in Toronto, Ontario, he plays a crucial role at One Stop Nursing Hub by helping clients navigate the complexities of the Canadian immigration system. His deep understanding of the Canadian immigration landscape, combined with his strong work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction, makes him an invaluable asset to the team at One Stop Nursing Hub.

Jasinder's journey began with her academic pursuits, culminating in an M.Sc in Nursing from M.M. Institute of Nursing in India and further enhanced by an Entry Program for Internationally Qualified Overseas Nurses from the Institute of Health and Management in Melbourne, Australia. Her dedication to her profession is evident through her continued pursuit of knowledge, including her earlier attainment of a B.Sc in Nursing from the prestigious College of Nursing, CMC&H in Ludhiana, Punjab.
Possessing dual professional licenses as a Registered Nurse under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and the Punjab Nurses Registration Council in India, Jasinder's credentials speak volumes about her commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.
Throughout her career, Jasinder has honed her skills in various clinical settings, including Adult Medical-Surgical private wards and Medical-Surgical ICUs in internationally accredited hospitals in India. Her current role as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Facilitator at Mersey Community Hospital in Australia underscores her proficiency and dedication to nursing education and practice.
With her extensive experience and passion for nursing, Jasinder is poised to make a significant impact as an OSCE Trainer at One Stop Nursing Hub, where she will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering nurses as they navigate the complexities of their profession after clearing the NCLEX/NGN-RN Exam.
