Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Head of the OBG Nursing Department, and PG Guide at Shrey Institute of Nursing & Allied Sciences in Ahmedabad, Dr. Sharma is committed to shaping the future of nursing professionals in India. He is also an expert contributor to Nursing Champs India, a platform dedicated to empowering and advancing the nursing community through skill development and knowledge enhancement.
Dr. Sharma has made significant contributions to nursing education and practice. As the Head of the OBG Nursing Department and PG Guide, he has mentored numerous postgraduate students, fostering innovation and excellence in nursing care.

Dr. John embarked on her nursing journey by completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, Punjab, in 1989, laying the foundation for her future endeavors in healthcare. Dr. John pursued further education with a thirst for knowledge and a drive for excellence, earning a Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, Punjab, in 2001. After migrating to the US in 2004, her academic pursuits continued as she obtained a Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2020 further refining her expertise in mental health care.
Determined to excel in her field, Dr. John continued her education, completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Advanced Clinical Leadership from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2023. She graduated with high distinction and a GPA of 4.0. Her doctoral studies equipped her with advanced skills in leadership, research, and clinical practice, positioning her as a leader in the nursing profession. She is also a Sigma Theta Thau International Honor Society of Nursing member.
